> Where are you based?

We are based out of Ahmedabad.

 

>What materials are used to make the jewellery?

Our core metal is brass handcrafted with a beautiful 18K gold finish. Our jewellery is handcrafted with a wide range of materials from Swarovski crystals to Semi precious stones.

 

>Are the colours of the products as accurate as shown on the website?

We assure that the colours are as precise as possible. However due to difference in displays of computers/laptops/phones , the colours on your screen may vary marginally from the actual colours of the product.

 

>What methods of payment do you accept?

For shipping to India , we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard , Visa , American Express & Rupay).

 

>Can I return my order?

Since our orders are crafted for you on request , returns are not possible. Incase of a genuine manufacturing defect or if you've received the wrong style , we will be happy to return and replace the product you ordered.
